Love my new CRM!

Bird CRM is fantastic! I just implemented the Marketing Automation and my campaigns are already seeing better engagement. The Flow Builder is so intuitive, I had my first automated workflow running in no time. Customer support was quick to answer a small question I had about SMS Templates. I will definitely be using Bird again for more of my business needs. Everyone should check them out!

Reliable platform for communications

I've been using Bird for a while now, primarily for the SMS API and the Email Marketing features. This latest experience, setting up the new Checkout and Subscriptions, was just as smooth as previous orders. The platform has been consistently reliable. I appreciate that they keep adding features like the AI Support Agent, which I'm looking into next. It's why I keep coming back for my communication needs; everything just works as expected.

Good value with free credits

I was looking for a CRM solution and Bird popped up. Signed up for the free trial and also got some free credits for the WhatsApp Business API, which was a nice bonus. It let me test out the features without committing much. The platform seems pretty comprehensive for the price point, especially with the initial savings. Felt like a solid purchase to get started.

i heard bird and messagebird are the same company? or is it like a rebrand or something. confused by the names.

W William Lopez 4 days ago
They used to be called MessageBird, but they rebranded to Bird. Same company, new name. It caused a bit of confusion for a while.

Yep, just a name change. All the same features and stuff. They just dropped 'Message' from the name.

do they do any discounts for annual billing or is it just monthly? trying to save some cash.

L Linda Gomez 1 month ago
Yeah, they usually give you a discount if you pay annually. It's pretty common for SaaS platforms. Worth asking their sales team or checking the pricing page.

I always go for annual with these types of services. I think it was like a 10-15% saving for me last year. Definitely worth it if you plan to stick around.

Hey guys, thinking about switching our CRM to Bird. Anyone know if they still do that free trial thing? Don't want to commit without trying it out first.

A Amanda Mitchell 1 month ago
Yeah, they totally do. I just signed up last month and got a 14-day free trial for the CRM. It's pretty standard.

Can confirm, got the trial too. And I think they also give you some free credits when you start, like 10 or 20 bucks, to test out the API stuff.

Does Bird charge for incoming SMS messages? Or is it just for outgoing ones? Trying to figure out my budget for customer support.

N Nancy Gomez 2 weeks ago
From what I remember, they do charge for incoming SMS, it's not just outgoing. It's usually a lower rate but it's still a charge.

i think most platforms charge for both directions for SMS, but you should probably check their pricing page to be sure. It can add up fast depending on your volume.

Thinking of using Bird for our WhatsApp Business API. How hard is the setup process? Any dev experience needed?

E Eric S. 1 month ago
It's not too bad, they have pretty good docs for it. You'll need to go through Facebook's verification for your business, which is the longest part. Bird's side is mostly just linking it up.

You'll need a bit of dev understanding for the API integration part, but their flow builder can help with some of the automation without needing to code. Depends on how custom you want it.
